Hello, I work for a walking, talking, Asshole. Out of all the people I have worked for, he is the most paranoid, annoying, idiotic, repetitive, greedy, racist, pretentious, self-centered boss I have had the pleasure to slave for.
He lacks the ability of self-thought, and as such, crawls around with the regional managers balls in his mouth; constantly following orders no matter how idiotic they are.
In terms of racism, he has told me that "the worst part of Chicago, are the Black people"; and the most startling fact is that this line was vomited during the interview! He only hires people from his own race "because ****** have better morals". The unsettling part is that I know, deep down, every time I make a mistake, he is making a judgment on my people and my culture, simply because we have come from different countries.
I'm not sure whether it is mental illness or simply senility, but this man has issues with trust. I do not understand why he simply cannot put his faith into his employees to do the right thing. When he is at work, you can expect this man to stand behind you, watching your every move, constantly correcting you as he sees fit. Even if your are doing your job right, it is wrong, because you are not doing it his way. This progresses to a point where it eventually begins to degrade your self-esteem and confidence in your work and personal image. He constantly baby-sits all his employees (even the vice manager is not free from the chain), and then complains about having to be a baby sitter. Maybe it's just me, but nobody asked you to babysit. If you were simply willing to allow your employees to do their job, you wouldn't have to babysit. Fortunately, unlike my manager, his employees do posses a mental capacity above "Idiot", so therefore we are fully capable at our job.

Mr. *** has managed to turn this once co-operative, and peaceful store into a Orwellian, totalitarianism regime. If I were not mistaken, in his past life, this man was definitely an SS guard. He yells at workers because we were unable to stop theft (hint, if you want to eliminate theft, hire Security Guards), yet is upset when we pay too much attention to the customers.
That is all for now. I cannot imagine how a dog was able to rise to the ranks of a manager. There are so many topics I have not covered yet, an example would be refusing mandatory bonuses from certain sales (well, I guess he is only a yes-man until it comes to greed and money), but this is it for now. This man has truly become an inspirational force for me. Never before, have I felt such an urge to do well in my academic studies.
By the way, I forgot to mention, this man is married and has three kids.

My boss is a real nutcase.

We fought many times since he came in around August. He picks a fight with either myself or my colleague all the time saying that we're slow and we need to get up to speed. Funny part when my chairman asked all 3 of us about whats on our plate, both my & colleague and myself easily had 4-5 ongoing projects/task each. When it was his turn, he came out only ONE project which is halted due to payment problems and thats it. He also had the guts to "tai-chi" it to both myself & my colleague as he thinks its too much for his amoeba sized brain to handle.

He erupted many times and 2 weeks back, both of us give it to him back in one phone call. I got pissed when another colleague told me that me that he bad mouthed me to my chairman. WTF?!! And we supposed to be a team. Bulls#!T

I just worked for the biggest group of idiots I've had to waste myself on. I have to make this 60-page magazine for this cultural association. For the past several weeks, I've been waiting for their instructions as told. Then all of a sudden, they come up to me one day and tell me that they need the stuff finished, and ready to be published by the end of the day. What the hell!? Who the fuck can make a 60-page magazine in a day? After sweating myself for 7 hours, I barely managed to get a draft finished. Then the commitee gathers around, and proceeds to bitch and whine about how the layout doesnt look good and so on. Worse, they even tell each other that I'm the worst designer they have ever seen. Fuckin' bastards! Of course the stuff would look like shit, but they blame it all on me. I hope others treat them the same way as they treat me!

Today my when approaching my boss he was in the middle of a conversation with some members (I work at a fitness club). I was waiting quietly for him to finish his gab feast, when he turned around and said "what do you want, do you have a question?" I said "no, just a statement." so he said "No one really cares what you have to say, so just save it." then he turned to all the members in the lobby and said "raise your hand if you care what she's got to say" never mind the fact that I had things I needed him to take care of but he ultimately humiliated me... and for what cause its important to him to look like an MAN... What does that mean anyways.. I quietly told him the issues and walked away... needless to say my 2 weeks have officially been placed on his desk. Cant wait till he see it...

My boss is a complete wanker, he's my mate out side of work too... wel.. he WAS. He already suffers from narcississtic personality disorder, and now he acts so stressed out by the business that he cant manage well, plan clearly or control his temper. I hate him so much its killing me to be around him everyday, i pray for strength everyday and think one day ill be in a mental hospital from over exposure to his fuck headedness.

He has only two jobs: make sure everyone has a job, and smash into them if they slip in any of even the smallest of ways.

He acts like he was born a shining light of excellence, and that we are all second class fools if we dont follow his every microscopic instruction.

my boss is a dick she tries to get away without paying minimum wage and blames it on the fact that she can't afford it because one of the other girls is going on maternity pay...of which she can reclaim from the government so this is just a ridiculous excuse. I have had no days off sick in the last 4 years and i'm always early to work. I have worked there for 8 years so some sort of loyalty wouldn't go a miss. basically they have the hump because when i turned 22 the minimum wage went up and they had tp pay me more. they then were making up my minimum wage with commision which is legal but immoral, and have now not bothered to do that. aaarrrrggghh! i get so angry that i can barely take to her. her and her husband are totally inapproachable when it comes to money and very patronising. what a fucking bitch?!

I have a boss that pretends to be on your side. I went to him once to see if he would help me get my supervisor to adhere to the company's manual like every other employee is expected to do. The supervisor is a Class-A bully and he thinks company policies governing how employees treat one another are for everyone else except him. Like I said I went to my boss with my complaint and I got his usual "I understand completely and I agree with you that he's a difficult person to deal with and I appreciate you hanging in there with me..." speech that I've heard so many times that it's pathetic. Bottom like is that I think he wants me to believe that he's caught over a barrel so I'll pity him. Well, that doesn't help me or anyone else that has experienced this behavior from his supervisor. Funny, I thought company policies were written to be followed. Guess it just goes to show that they aren't worth the paper they're written on. Best thing for me to do is just find someplace better to work. Sometimes I wonder who's running this place....the owner or his supervisor. Or could it be the old "good cop, bad cop" routine?

I'm on my 2nd bad boss in 30 years. I've worked for the same company 10 years now and I want to quit so bad. My computer crashed Monday....so Corp. sends me a lap top. OK....at least I got something but I have no mouse, no adaptable keyboard, etc. I do keypunch, spreadsheets, payroll and many other things. So I call Corp. IT and the guy tells me he'll send me what I need....that was Tuesday. Today I call him and he said my boss wouldn't pay the $60.00 it would cost to ship it. Never said a word to me and of course he has not once offered to let me use his computer or offered to help in any way. I told him how I felt about that today before leaving for lunch and taking the next 2 days off. Not sure if I want to go back to this loser.
10 years on the job, countless hours and I'm not worth $60.00? Worked my ass off last week to make EOY & EOM closing so he could get his bonus. Not once in the 5 years that he's been there has he even offered to take me to lunch. Yet, he likes me....thinks the world of me.
Am I the only one seeing through his line of B/S? Actions speak louder than words everytime.

My boss is a royal turd - The best way to "deal" with our tele admin is apparently to say hurtful and degrading things about their mothers and what we are going to do to them if they don't do what we tell them (even tho we can do it ourselves-but this is the "faster" way of dealing with the problem.

I have been at this company for roughly a 1 1/2 years and I swear my direct reports are fucking idiots. When I started I reported to the so called IT Manager, that told me backups weren't running correct and not at all since April ( I started in August) What the FUCK! So ummm if we had a problem then we are vertically fornicated basically right.. get the fuck outta here! Then this muthafucka told the COO that they were running just fine... OH and I am hired as the Sr. Sys Admin.. oh hell no.. I let the COO know and she already had plans to get him outta here.. so he was gone by November.

So the COO hires a consultant for me to report to.. THIS muthafucka getting paid over $100 per hour to basically look at bills and make common sense recommendations to save money for our IT budget.. okay what in the hell am I doing wrong.. they could paid me to do that simple shit!

So this consultant time ended and they then gave our team another person to report to that has no real IT IQ at all. He asks me shit then I pose him with options just for him to ask me what "I" think everytime.. What is your fucking purpose.. how did you get this got damn job.

Okay SO it's freezing like shit and we have a fucking blizzard in DC and the Fed Gov been closed ALL WEEK. This simple muthafucka can't seem to just be with his family and enjoy the time off.. better yet go shovel some got damn snow! HE wants to send emails and shit asking me if I can join a conference call to discuss intranet site edits that we are not rolling out NO FUCKING TIME SOON.

Im Ranting, Raving and fukkind out of my mind as to how in the hell is this guy lasting. Why can't he sit his ass till and leave us the fuck alone, and if he wants to work during a blizzard.. DO NOT fucking contact me unless its an emergency.

I'd love to leave this job but the benefits are NICE and the economy isn't on the up and up.. don't you hate it when you have to suck it up sometimes.. Shit!

God I hate the fucking CEO of the silly little shit hole company I work for. He's a completely self important prick of man...mostly a bag of hot air. He talks and talks about his visions and strategy but couldn't execute his way out of a paper bag. He's utterly clueless about our product and doesn't have the personal discipline to stick to a strategy for more than 3 weeks. In the year since he showed up, he's announced four new strategies and done his best to drive the company into the ground. He's closed no sales and driven our best people away. The only thing he's accomplished is wasting lots of travel money and paying to have the web site rebuilt three times.

He's so fucking insecure that you have to tell him everything is perfect and better every day. Anything less than glowing comments sets him off to deliver a ranting string of personal attacks. He's a fucking snake oil salesman and I really really fucking hate his fucking guts. Asshole fucker!!!!

I've been looking for a new job for 3 months...almost found one but not quite. It's a tough job market in the country. I fantasize daily about the day I quit and tell him to take his fucking job and shove it up his bleedin' ass
