I hate my managers. My friend got my a part-time job at a food place, as a host/server/cook...whatever is needed. It - along with my national guard - gets me money to live on my on while I go to college.
The place was great for a while; however, The Managers all either quit, moved, tranf, or got fired. The new Managers all suck major dick.
When I got hired - I trained most of the new guys and our approval ratings went from 60% to 80%. So you think I would get respect or at the very least they would leave me to do my job. NO. They would much better just insult me, question everything I do, and when they do question and I try to explain my actions? THEY CUT ME OFF then guess what? go on and on and on how I should do it this way. When I explain why that way doesn't work? they again, cut me off , and insult me.
You think they woudln't insult the person who works EVERYDAY, no really, my part time job - i work every fucking day. Even tho we hired more cooks, hosts, and servers, I somehow still work doubles all over the place. Even the two days i told them cent day one I couldn't work.. (monday and wenesday for my school and my one weekend a month for the guard) I even got in a fight with the Manager because she put me to work for the weekend when I couldn't work and she called me lazy! yeah, thats right - I'm in the miliary to fight and I"m fucking lazy - you no brain, lesbian (sorry to the gays comm. just pissed) bitch who can't do shit her self
but you know the worst? I can handle someone yelling at me - hell I go to boot camp. but that smirk these managers have...The "I know you are lying...." or the "I know I"m right" as they walk up to you. It's like thier sole purpose is to try to fire us. But they get pissed when I have my ass covered. You know what? I wish they would fire me...THey made me work on v-day - the one fucking day in a year I asked off! my girlfriend was upset but the wrost put of it was because I was called in "oh you only have to work a few hours..." I ENDED UP CLOSING!!!!!!!!(2am in the fucking morning) and school at 6am. after I have asked the repeatly not to do this shit to me.....

I hate my boss.
She has always been smiley and giggly and then scheming on the inside. She bad mouths everyone behind my back, and is always out to save the company from the bad employees.
I find out that she launched an investigation on me because someone said they saw me at a party during my extended sick leave... like two months ago.... So everyday I have to sit in the same office with this witch while she throws daggers in my back and plots how hard she is going to twist them. There are no laws for employee protection in my country, they can dig into my personal life as deep as they want.
I didn't go to the stupid party, what am I dumb? I spent the greater part of three months in writhing pain, lots of physio and when I get back, this is what I am faced with. Oh and my medical bills have somehow magically not been covered by the company's insurance.
I want her to damage her spine like I did and see how she likes the pain, and I hope she never ever recovers.

I've worked (seasonal job) for the same 'supervisor' for three years now. Although I've always secretly thought she has a VERY odd personality and is in dire need of a sense of humor, I've gotten along with her just fine -- until last week. With five of us working, I made the mistake of volunteering my help to the 'other guys' at the garden center. Even though she knew I was helping out, she took it upon herself to loudly bitch that SHE wasn't paying me to do that. Moments later, I was back-stabbed by the pot-smoking, constantly late fuck-off who twisted a completely innocent comment I'd made in an attempt to score brownie points with Ms. Patti. By then -- and in tears -- she jumped down my throat once again. If this had happened before, I might not have been so shocked, but I was. I spent the remainder of my shift in tears, not just because of these mini assaults, but due to the humiliating nature of them and the fact that she treated me -- a long-time, loyal, responsible employee -- like SHIT. I don't remember the last time I was so angry at work. Worst of all, this is a job I need to have because of the money and I feel like a whore even having to consider calling her over the next few days and asking if in fact I DO have a job there after she blew me off on my question about that. I wish there was a good, easy way to get revenge on this bitch -- preferably at a later time, so as not to arouse suspicion. However, I'm also considering saying 'Screw the job' and telling her off in spades the next time I see her. Hell, wouldn't it be great to turn the tables on a boss like that and let them find out how it feels to get their ass chewed in front of someone else? Just daydreaming here, but I am mad as hell.

My boss is an arrogant egotist that thinks that the world revolves around him. He is always bragging about something and when his not bragging his bitching. He does not like his job and his always complaining so I don't see why he stays. His boss does not like him and has almost fired him a few times, and to top it of none of our customers or co workers like him.
So why does he not just leave? Because this is the only place where he feels like he has some type of control in his life. He is a megalomaniac, and has many psychopath traits. He likes bossing people around, in his eyes his never wrong and his always picking fights with people about the most random things.
At this point everyone just stays quite when we see him around. But he just keeps bitching or bragging ignoring the fact that it was a party before he got here and started pooping it. If you don't want to be somewhere and they don't want you there why don't you just leave?
Everyone wants him gone and he wants to leave as well, but like I said before the only reason his staying is because he is such a huge power abuser that he can't walk away from having an authority position. His just going to milk as much as he can and his going to try to drag as much people down with as he before he gets fired or resigns.

You think you have it bad? Try putting up with his personal bitching and complaining for months. You know whats sad, I use to think he was a good guy. Everyone kept telling me he was a power hungry wierdo I should just stay away from but I wanted to believe in him.
That was a major mistake, I kept trying to nudge him to be a good guy and that everyone was starting to turn on him because of his behavior but noooo he just kept going and going. Whats worse is that when I final had it with him and tryd to break our friendship off he started stalking my work. Hoping I would mess up, his such a creep. Now I got this guy who i tryd to help for so long all over my back like a monkey and he wont back off.
I wanted him to get better but like one of you said "Maybe he isnt in a bad mood maybe this is his real side, and he just acted nice and friendly at first". You guys where right this guy has got to go.

I agree this guy has got to go, I have personaly gone to his boss about his behavior started getting realy bad a few months back. But they just keep giving him more time to fuck up the system. My friend (who I can see already posted here) kept asking everyone to give him more time but now even she/he can see that this guy has got to go. Get lost Sanjay seriously no one wants you around anymore.

Not only does Sanjay gloat about his appearances and status, but he doesn't assist the mods or even keep them in line. Whenever the mods confront him about a problem, he doesn't take it up with the Game321 staff in order to make our modding experience better. I think we need a better boss with a sense of control.

If so many of you hate him so much why don't you talk to one of the GAME321 staff and try to solve your problems. I have an idea of who is posting and the people who I "think" are posting are people I am currently friends with. Instead of lying to my face saying you have no part in this, fess up. Stop being a bunch of drama hungry sharks. If you don't like how the mods are being run, write a simple document or create a petition to waive sanjay of his head mod rights. I mean I can agree he can be very and too boastful at times and he tends to make me a little mad, but I tell him about it and don't come to a cheesy "private" forum to share with the whole world about how modding is such a bad experience for me when it isn't even a real job.
So the moral of today children is, just quit being a mod and go do something else if he is really that big of a deal. Im going to laugh when this is investigated thoroughly and everyone who trash talked is demodded. ;D
