God that ebay thing sounds scary. I'm always worried someone is going to report me to the ebay authorities and have me sued or something!!!
I just had a CRAPPY day. I teach children even though I'm not a 'children person' so you can already see how that might go. Had to run around after them for hours, my feet and back are killing me and what thanks do I get? None! Stupid cranky mothers as well and I'm getting paid minimum wage! Why am I even in this job? Maybe I'll quit.

Ok. Where to begin. I left work early and ended up getting pulled over and arrested for evading the officer. I was not evading I just din't quite pull over as quik as I could have. He had someone else pulled over so I thought I was in the clear, then he comes after me and I ended up pulling off into a apartment complex.. He ends up writeing me a ticket for evading which is a felony in my state. I have no warrents or reason to run other that not getting a speeding ticked. So I go get booked and they take my pipe and roaches so I wouldn't have anything to smoke when I got out. Then put the cuffs on as tight as they could click them. After getting out I get a call from my employee telling me that my boss was looking for me. Asking them questions that could have gotten me fired if they werent answered correctly. I ended up covering my ass pretty well but one of the people that I work with needed to know about what happened and now I see her judgeing me, and micromanaging me whenever she can. A really shitty day.

If you really want to spank your boss, go to thebossreportcard.com which is a site that will allow you to anonymously grade your boss as well as leave personal comments. One tip though, if you're filling it out anonymously, don't leave any identifying information, like saying "This morning my boss called me into the office and demoted me.", since that would blow your cover. One of the features they have on the website is to allow you to anonymously email the report card to any number of people. So imagine if you will, you fill out the report card and in the comments area you drop a dime about some skeleton they have in their closet which could get them fired, and then you drop the entire corporate email directory into the email area (They will do all the parsing and cleanup). Imagine the uproar the next morning when everyone gets into the office and opens their emails. Now that's a big time spanking!

You will have to take my word for it I am a pretty nice, diplomatic, caring person. I work in a 2 person team. the other person on the team is HORRID! From staplers thrown at me to, hands slammed in filing cabinets. This doesn't bother me the fact I do all her work and my own and get continually criticised. Today I had enough and walked out. I returned and was told I was childish, with no back bone and a defitist attitude. I felt like smiling and saying your attitude would defeat Chuck Norris or Jack Bauer. nah, they would have killed you! I hate work, its killing me.

Dear Boss Haters I am a workplace relations lawyer and author in Melbourne, Australia. I have recently published a self-help book entitled "How to Beat Your Boss: The Workplace Survival Guide" - now available world-wide. The book will help you learn my “insider secrets” learned over more than 10 years; so you can be a step ahead of your boss. From Chapter 1 - All Bosses are Bastards - you will love it. The book has a huge range of interesting topics – • workplace bullying; • being fired; • negotiating a better deal; • discrimination; • sexual harassment; • contracts; • workplace psychopaths; • why legal disputes affect women differently; • and much more... A step by step problem-solving guide is also included. Check it out on my websites: BeatYourBoss.net and BeatYourBoss.net.au Cheers TJ (Terry) McHugh

I'll throw it out there: you must ALWAYS trust your feelings! I was kicking myself yesterday when I realized I'd been thinking the past 10 days "I'm having a bad day". That should've been enough to tell me this situation wasn't meant to be. The only thing I'm walking away proud of is that I kept my cool for so long
